Man Utd's 20-man squad for Arsenal as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer prepares to rotate again

Manchester United’s players have arrived at the Lowry Hotel ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash with Arsenal at Old Trafford.

After the impressive win over RB Leipzig on Wednesday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side now turn attentions back to the league with the visit of the Gunners.

United have no fresh injury concerns for Sunday,  but will still be without summer signing Alex Telles.

The Brazilian is still in self-isolation after he returned a positive coronavirus test earlier this month.

Solskjaer confirmed he will be out for “a few days” but that absence could stretch until the end of November, with an international break also on the way.

Eric Bailly and Jesse Lingard are also both ruled out, although the latter is said to be “stepping up his recovery” from the injury that has seen him sidelined since that start of the month.

Anthony Martial will miss the game, as he serves the final match of his three-match suspension following his red card against Tottenham.

Marcus Rashford came off the bench in Europe to smash a stunning second-half hat-trick and will be recalled to the starting XI - but will he play from wide or through the middle?

Elsewhere, academy graduate Teden Mengi, who has been promoted to the first-team squad this season, did not report to the team hotel.

That's because, as first reported by the MEN, he appeared for the U18s in their FA Youth Cup defeat to Chelsea on Friday.

Similarly, Odion Ighalo, Timothy Fosu-Mensah and summer recruit Facundo Pellistri were also not included as United make their final preparations for the game.

According to one source, Paul Pogba appeared slightly later than his teammates, but is still in line for his first Premier League start since the thrashing by Spurs at Old Trafford.

Pogba’s performance was criticised on that occasion, but the World Cup winner impressed in the midweek win over Leipzig.

Solskjaer has plenty of midfield options to consider against Mikel Arteta’s men.

Bruno Fernandes was moved to the bench for the Champions League win, while Nemanja Matic, Fred and Scott McTominay have all played at one point or another in the early weeks of the season.

Donny van de Beek also earned a rare start against the Germans as Solskjaer switched to a diamond formation. He's yet to be given the full 90 in the league and has admitted that he is keen to be given a more prominent role.

"Players always want to play games. Training is also nice, but the games… this is why you're playing football," he said earlier this week.

"I think a lot of games [means] we can improve always and I am sure that we will win more if we stay in the focus.
