Manchester United have reportedly made Kylian Mbappe a transfer target as they look to bring in a new big-name striker next summer.
The Red Devils have been linked with mega moves for the likes of Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland and Tottenham striker Harry Kane during the current window.
But now they are said to have added Paris Saint-Germain superstar Mbappe to their list of potential targets.
The 2018 World Cup winner is out of contract at the end of the season, and looks set to part ways with PSG.
Mbappe has most frequently been linked with a move to Real Madrid over the last year or so, and is a well-documented fan of the La Liga side.

But it appears Los Blancos may have some competition for the Frenchman's signature.
According to ESPN, United are keen to swoop if and when Mbappe becomes a free agent in less than a year's time.
It is believed that the Red Devils are well aware of Real's intent to do the same, and know he is erring towards a move to the Bernabeu.
A source at PSG has echoed that Mbappe is looking into a switch to the Spanish capital, but is not pushing for a move at this stage.

While Mbappe would not command a transfer fee, his astronomical wages mean only a few clubs, including the likes of United and Real, would be able to afford to pay him.
Mbappe joined PSG back in 2018 from Monaco for the second-highest transfer fee of all-time, £165.7m, so to lose him for nothing would be a disastrous piece of business.
Mason Greenwood started up front for United in their 5-1 win over Leeds last weekend, with Edinson Cavani not yet back training with the squad.

The 19-year-old looks set to play a more significant role this season, potentially leading the line regularly.
And United legend Rio Ferdinand admits that he looks to be fulfilling the huge potential he has shown now his body is almost fully developed.
"I saw some of the stuff in that game where I know some of the coaches and people behind the scenes at Man United are saying this isn’t a surprise," he explained on his FIVE YouTube channel.
"It has just been waiting to happen in the first team and his body is catching up.
"He knows what he needs to do, but Wayne Rooney when he came into the first team was a man already."
Ferdinand went on: "You can see with Mason Greenwood he has built into that frame of being a first team player and at the weekend, Graeme Souness [who praised him on Sky Sports] was right, he was one of the stand-out players.
"Some of the movement, the ball retention, shrugging people off and the finish was a joke."
