Man Utd have already agreed six new signings ahead of summer transfer window

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be set for a busy summer transfer window.

Big names such as Jadon Sancho and Jack Grealish are constantly being linked with the Red Devils as they look to strengthen their first-team squad.

But there is also one eye on the future - and four deals are already done as the club look to strengthen their youth ranks.

They confirmed their academy intake last week with three new arrivals confirmed.

Sunderland duo Logan Pye and Joe Hugill have put pen to paper with the Red Devils whilst goalkeeper Radek Vitek will also join the Under-18s from Sigma Olomouc in the Czech Republic.

And three more players are poised to join them with deals already agreed as they just await international clearance.

The club won the race to land former Liverpool and Everton trialist Isak Hansen-Aaroens last year when he was just 14-years-old.

The youngster, who came on in the final minutes of Tromso's 2-0 win away at Kongsvinger to recently make his senior debut, will be able to join United on his 16th birthday in August.

They are also reported to have agreed deals with Barcelona and Real Madrid youngsters Marc Jurado and Alvaro Fernandez.

A source told the Manchester Evening News: "Hopefully they’ll be sorted soon and we can get them confirmed.”

Right-back Jurado turned down new terms at the Nou Camp and will arrive for a small compensation fee, following in the footsteps of Gerard Pique, who switched Barcelona for United previously.

Fernandez has also said his goodbyes to Real Madrid and the left-back, 17, has agreed a four-year deal.

They will join fellow Spaniards Arnau Puigmal and Mateo Mejia in the academy, who have joined in the past year.

The trio are part of an ongoing recruitment drive in the academy which has seen plenty of big-name additions including Hannibal Mejbri, Dillon Hoogewerf and Aliou Traore.
