Man Utd given Kalidou Koulibaly transfer boost by Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti

Premier League clubs have been put on red alert after Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti revealed he won’t prevent Kalidou Koulibaly and Lorenzo Insigne from leaving this summer.

Centre-back Koulibaly has long been linked with a move to Manchester United as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to bolster his ranks following a miserable campaign.

Insigne is also rumoured to be interesting English top-flight clubs, with Liverpool among the teams known to be keeping tabs on his situation in Italy.

And manager Ancelotti has insisted that he won't stand in the way if the star duo want to seek pastures new this summer.

The former Chelsea and AC Milan boss said: “We don't need to sell our best players. We can sign new players following our ideas.

“However, I am not going to block who wants to leave, I've never done it in my career.”

Ancelotti was also asked about his own future, following reports linking him with a return to Chelsea.

The legendary Italian coach won the Premier League title and the FA Cup during a successful spell at Stamford Bridge.
