Paul Pogba has come under fire from fans after not taking a penalty in Manchester United's Carabao Cup shoot-out win over Rochdale.
United needed penalties to overcome League One Rochdale after Luke Matheson cancelled out Mason Greenwood's opener in a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford .

But World Cup-winning midfielder Pogba stayed out of the shootout, leading some fans to wonder whether he had "bottled it" after his miss earlier in the season.
Pogba and Marcus Rashford took it turns to miss penalties early in the season after appearing to disagree on the pitch about who should take the spot-kicks.
France ace Pogba was denied by Rui Patricio in United's 1-1 draw at Wolves , before Rashford hit the post in a 2-1 defeat at home to Crystal Palace .
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer then left fans bewildered when he said the players could sort out between themselves who should take the spot-kicks.
Rashford wasn't playing in Wednesday night's win over Rochdale, but Pogba played the whole match - and his failure to take a penalty didn't go unnoticed.
One fan tweeted: "Why did Pogba, our penalty taker along with Rashford (according to Solskjaer) not step up to take a penalty??? Could it be because it wouldn't have counted towards his goal stats?"
Another said: "If Pogba can't take penalties well enough to be one of the top five picks in a shootout, then why does he get to take penalties during games? Seems to me that there's at least 5 players better suited for the job."
Another pointed to what he saw as a lack of effort from the midfielder, saying: "Just watched #pogba stroll through 90 mins against #rochdale creating 1 chance then not even step up and take a penalty #CarabaoCup #MUFC #shambles ."
