Manchester United fans are putting the pressure on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to deliver next season after their heartbreaking Europa League final loss in Gdansk.
The final came down to goalkeeper-taken penalties, with David De Gea having his shot saved by Villareal stopper Geronimo Rulli after 21 penalties were scored.
In what could have been a night to redeem United’s season, all hopes were dashed, and the Norwegian’s team came away trophyless for the fourth year in a row.

Over 20,000 United fans voted on how the Red Devils’ 20/21 season had gone, and 49% did not consider it a success.
In fact, for the majority of fans, if Solskjaer is to stay as manager, he must win the Premier League next season, with 54% believing this is the only way he can keep his job at the club.
Not only do the fans want the title, they want some big signings to help win it.
Leading the way with 30% of the vote was Harry Kane, with Erling Haaland following closely behind with 20% of the vote.
If United do make one of these signings, they will have made the first step towards fulfilling what their fans want.
