Scott McTominay refused to accept Manchester United's Champions League dream is over following defeat by Barcelona, saying: "You can never write us off!"
The Red Devils were beaten 1-0 by the Catalan giants in the first leg of their quarter-final tie at Old Trafford, in which United failed to muster a single shot on target.
A handful of Manchester United players will be disappointed with the way they performed against Lionel Messi and co. on Wednesday.
But as an individual McTominay had a game to remember and was arguably the Red Devils' man of the match.
After the game he spoke to BT Sport and came across very well as he attempted to look back on United's performance positively.

He said: "In the first 10 minutes we showed them far too much respect but after that we adapted really well and looked the better side."
Adding: "It's only half time. We are Manchester United and you can never write us off."

Reacting to young midfielder's interview, one Red Devils fan tweeted: "Massively impressive interview by McTominay."
