Man Utd fans absolutely love Mike Phelan's message ahead of must-win Barcelona clash

Manchester United must deliver another stunning Nou Camp comeback to make the last four of the Champions League.

United trail Barcelona 1-0 from the first leg of their quarter-final at Old Trafford a week ago.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is confident his side can overturn the deficit after their stunning performance in Paris in the previous round.

His assistant Mike Phelan is equally as buoyant and has called on the travelling United supporters to roar the Red Devils over the line.

"Nothing better than an away day in Europe with Man United. Morning all, enjoy the day and make some noise.. This is the one."

United's fans unsurprisingly responded in their numbers to Phelan's rallying cry as they plot their comeback.

The Red Devils have sold out their allocation of 4,610 tickets despite Barca increasing their pricing.

United fans have also demanded increased security measures at the Nou Camp for the clash.

Chelsea supporters accused Spanish stewards of 'brutality' last season, with United asking for measures to be put in place, including an increase in the number of search lanes.

Solskjaer and Phelan put the United squad through their paces on Monday night as they prepare for the clash.

The Norwegian has welcomed Nemanja Matic and Alexis Sanchez back into his squad after injury, although the Chilean is unlikely to start.

Solskjaer also has a decision to make at left back with Luke Shaw out through suspension.

Phelan meanwhile uploaded a picture of him and fellow coach Michael Carrick taking part in a passing drill during the session.

"Is that a Champions league winner I see testing the turf," he tweeted.

United know they must score at least once to have any chance of progressing to the semi-finals.
