Juventus have reportedly joined the race to sign striker Erling Braut Haaland.
The Red Bull Salzburg striker is attracting interest from across Europe after his stunning hat-trick in his side's 6-2 Champions League thrashing of Genk.
Both Manchester clubs are believed to be monitoring the 19-year-old while reports in Italy claim Serie A champions Juventus are also keen.
Norwegian Haaland scored nine goals in one game against Honduras at the Under 20 World Cup earlier this year.
He has already bagged three trebles this season including against Mattersburg and Hartberg in the Austrian league.
Haaland's tally stands at 14 goals in eight club fixtures this season.
The forward's dad is Alf Inge Haaland who played for Leeds and Manchester City during his career.
His career was ended by a horror challenge from Roy Keane - but he claims he would have no problem with his son moving to Old Trafford.
"It would be nice," he told TV2. "It is important to distinguish between being a supporter and a job.
"So I have a very relaxed relationship with that. It's a little different when it's serious.
"I think most players dream of being in the Premier League at one time or another. It's the league that gets the most attention around, and it has very good quality teams.
"There is no doubt the Premier League is attractive to him."
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was Haaland's boss at Molde and said: ‘It was nice watching the game.
"I think everyone in Norway is excited by his development."
