James Maddison is reportedly considering signing a new contract with Leicester City.
Maddison, 22, has emerged as a possible target for Manchester United after a fine start to the season at the King Power.
He has already managed six goals and two assists this season and was handed his senior England debut against Montenegro last week.
United see Maddison as a long-term target but with Leicester currently in the top four places, he is in no rush to move on.
Maddison is believed to have been offered a new deal by Leicester but the Manchester Evening News reports he will wait until the end of the season to make up his mind.
Leicester are currently second, 10 points above United, and Maddison is unlikely to look to move on if they do qualify for the Champions League.
The England star only moved to the King Power in 2018, signing a five-year deal with the club.
He is one of a number of long-term transfer targets for United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, alongside the likes of England teammates Jadon Sancho and Declan Rice.
Leicester can boost their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League when they travel to Brighton this weekend.
The Foxes also face four of the bottom six before Christmas, with clashes against Everton , Norwich, Aston Villa and Watford to come.
Their title credentials are likely to be put to the test when they take on Liverpool and Manchester City over the festive period.
