Man Utd 'confident' of sealing staggering £84m deal, Liverpool submit £40m transfer bid for star and Wolves favourites to sign Wales winger - Premier League rumours

Here are the latest Premier League transfer rumours with just 57 days of the transfer window remaining.

Liverpool's £40m offer rejected

Liverpool have made a failed £40m offer for Bruno Fernandes, according to reports.

The Daily Star report Jurgen Klopp has made a move ahead of Manchester United but the offer was rejected by Sporting Lisbon.

The 24-year-old is tipped to move to the Premier League this summer, with Liverpool and Man Utd the two main teams battling it out.

United offer De Gea new deal

Manchester United are ready to offer David de Gea a mega new contract to keep him at Old Trafford.

The goalkeeper, according to reports in The Sun , will be offered a five-year deal worth £350k-a-week (a staggering £84m across five years).

De Gea had been previously offered a deal worth around £300k-a-week by the club, with his current contract set to expire next summer. United are said to be confident he will sign the new improved deal.

Harry Wilson's future

Wolverhampton Wanderers are favourites to sign Wales and Liverpool star Harry Wilson, according to the Birmingham Mail .

Wolves are 4/1 favourites with SkyBet, ahead of Bournemouth (5/1) and Leeds United (8/1).

Wilson will return to Liverpool training in the next couple of weeks and is set to have talks about his future.

Spurs suffer Ndombele set-back

Tottenham’s hopes of signing Tanguy Ndombele have suffered a set-back.

Ndombele is Spurs’ top transfer target this summer with the north London club locked in talks with Lyon over the £71million rated midfielder.

But French champions PSG have now also registered their interest in the 22-year-old, and Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has also admitted that there are  several other offers on the table.

Juve eye Spurs defender

Juventus have joined the race for Tottenham’s Kieran Trippier.

According to reports on Saturday morning, Spurs are willing to sell the England international this summer with Atletico Madrid and Napoli also believed to be interested in the full-back.

But now it appears Juve are also keen to secure the 28-year-old this summer, with the north London holding out for around £25million.
