Man Utd boost as Crystal Palace make Wilfried Zaha and Aaron Wan-Bissaka admission

Roy Hodgson admits Crystal Palace will consider offers for Wilfried Zaha and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Hodgson's confession comes with Chelsea ready to step up their interest in Wan-Bissaka if they successfully appeal their two window transfer ban.

Palace are braced for summer bids for prized assets and academy products, winger Zaha and right-back Wan-Bissaka.

The duo both have long-term deals and boss Hodgson said: “We would be more than happy to keep them But we just have to remain realistic and see what happens.

“If offers come in they will obviously be assessed, like everything else.

“As I heard Manuel Pellegrini quite rightly say the other day [when discussing Declan Rice’s future]: every footballer player does have a price.”

Chelsea’s hearing against their FIFA ban and £460,000 fine for allegedly breaking rules over the signing players under 18 will be heard next Thursday.

A suspension or scrapping of the ban will allow them push on with their transfer plans.

Even if it is upheld appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport to freeze the ban remains a further option for the Blues.

Crystal Palace and England under-21 starlet Wan-Bissaka is among the players they have an interest in ahead of the summer window.

But their attempts to make additions are being held up while they challenge their FIFA punishment.

Competition for Wan-Bissaka is intense with Manchester rivals City and United plus Arsenal also impressed by the right-back, 21.

Chelsea also have the option of including their own academy product Reece James in their squad next season to increase their right-back options.
