Man Utd and Arsenal put on red alert as Juventus put Aaron Ramsey 'up for sale' in shock reported move

Juventus are open to selling Wales star Aaron Ramsey just a year after signing him from Arsenal, according to reports.

The Welshman left the Gunners last summer after more than a decade in North London.

But the Mail claim the Serie A outfit could offload Ramsey in a bid to significantly reduce their wage bill.

The reports states Juventus currently pay the Welshman £400,000-a-week in wages, with Ramsey signing a three-year contract with the club last year.

That weekly wage could put off potential suitors, although Manchester United are among those said to be interested in securing the services of the 60-cap Wales international.

Ramsey has also previously been linked with a surprise return to the Emirates.

He has been left out of Juventus' squad for their Coppa Italia semi-final second leg clash with AC Milan on Friday night.

Ramsey has scored four times in his 24 appearances in all competitions for the Turin giants so far this term.

The 28-year-old netted twice for Wales as they beat Hungary 2-0 at Cardiff City Stadium in November, a result that ensured Ryan Giggs' men qualified for Euro 2020.

Maurizio Sarri's side currently lead the way in Serie A with 12 matches left to be played, although second-placed Lazio are hot on their heels ahead of the resumption of the campaign.
