Manchester United's Marcus Rashford has sent a classy, supportive message to Wimbledon star Emma Raducanu.
While Rashford is playing at this summer's European Championship with England, Raducanu has been competing at Wimbledon and the young star took the tennis tournament by storm when reaching the fourth round despite being just 18-years-old.
Raducanu's tournament was sadly cut short on Monday night, though, after the teenage sensation was advised not to continue after seeking medical attention on the court for heavy breathing and dizziness, something Rashford has explained he can relate to.
Rashford certainly isn't a stranger to exceeding expectations as a youngster after he explosively announced himself among United's first team five years ago, but he's now recalled an experience similar to Raducanu's when playing for England's 16s.
In typically classy fashion, the United forward sent Raducanu the following message.
"It happened to me playing for the national team in U16s against Wales," Rashford wrote on social media.
"I remember it to this day. No explanation for it and it never happened again. You should be very proud of yourself.
"The country is proud of you. Glad to read your feeling better. Onwards and upwards."
