Leeds United are sitting pretty in sixth place following their first three matches back in the Premier League.
Marcelo Bielsa's men have won two games and lost the other - though only after being narrowly edged out by champions Liverpool.
On Sunday, Leeds saw off Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United 1-0 at Bramall Lane, courtesy of a late Patrick Bamford header.
Bamford earned the headlines, along with goalkeeper Illan Meslier, who produced a couple of stunning saves on the way to a clean sheet.
But Stuart Dallas was singled out for special praise by former Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher on Match of the Day 2.
A change of formation from Bielsa saw Dallas move into midfield against the Blades.
"We talk about how great they are and how man-for-man they are, and how much movement they've got," said Fletcher.
"But the basic starts from whatever formation the opposition play, he (Bielsa) always likes to outnumber their centre forwards.
"So, we know Sheffield United have two strikers, so that means a tactical switch, and they go to a back three.
"It's easily done, as Ayling - the usual right-back - drops in at centre-back.
"Dallas drops into midfield from the left-back position and then the midfielders are all man-for-man.
"You think when the left-back drops into midfield, it's going to be a defensive midfielder - but he was anything but.
"He was everywhere - getting on the ball, playing it wide, driving forward... he's not happy to just stay there."
Fletcher felt the influence of Dallas was key to a tight game turning in favour of Leeds.
"There was nothing between the teams in the first half but second half, he started drifting wider into the left-back position.
"(He was) still charging forward. This was just a constant throughout the game. His performance was fantastic.
"He was a threat all afternoon. He was everywhere.
"Great energy, great speed, great intensity and great quality on the cross.
"He was the most influential player on the pitch. Tactically, he was perfect. He won tackles, he was a goal threat. He was everywhere.
"It was an unbelievable man-of-the-match performance."
Fletcher feels Dallas - and the versatility he offers - makes him a currently underrated player, outside of Leeds at least.
"That's the flexibility and freedom that they (Leeds) have got," he added. "Their midfielders can go everywhere.
"He (Bielsa) wants interaction, he wants wide players coming in, he likes midfielders running beyond.
"So he (Dallas) played like a normal midfielder. Credit to him. To be tactical that versatile is perfect for somebody like Bielsa.
"But not only does he do it in preparation for games, they're constantly changing throughout the game, off the back of other team's formation changes.
"I can't speak highly enough of his performances. An underrated player throughout the league - but not by Leeds fans."
