Cristiano Ronaldo, Luke Shaw and Mason Greenwood have all received changes to their FIFA 22 stats as part of the latest Manchester United FIFA 22 squad update.
Ronaldo has enjoyed a stellar return to Man United as the Portugal international picked up the Premier League Player of the Month award for September after his three goals in his first three Premier League games, and the 36-year-old returns to the United squad on the back of a hat-trick for Portugal in the latest international break.
However, despite his impressive start and game-deciding goals so far this season, EA Sports have warranted a downgrade in the four-time Ballon d'Or winner's stats, along with a couple of his United teammates.
The FIFA 22 squad updates were released along with the first major update of FIFA 22 since its release, which included the first gameplay update of the year.
The update is available to download now on all platforms including PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
In addition to Ronaldo's update, five United players have been downgraded, but another five have also received an upgrade.

Cristiano Ronaldo
Ronaldo has seen his acceleration drop from 85 to 84 out of 99, but with the striker now at 36-years-old, it's no surprise to see EA downgrading his pace.
Luke Shaw
Luke Shaw has had a difficult start to the new season after such an incredible campaign last season with United and England, and the left-back has seen his sprint speed go down from 81 to 79.
Fred
Fred seems to currently be the United fans scapegoat when a Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side drop points due to his underwhelming performances in midfield this season, and that's been reflected in the squad update with the Brazilian receiving huge downgrades in two stats.
Fred's short passing has dropped from 82 to 80, and his composure has taken a massive hit - dropping from 79 to 75.
Nemanja Matic
Nemanja Matic has received a decent-sized upgrade in his sprint speed - increasing from 39 to 43 overall.
Mason Greenwood
After a large backlash for his low overall rating in FIFA 22, Mason Greenwood has been handed upgrades in a selection of his stats after a strong start to the 2021/22 campaign.
His finishing (77-80), curve (75-76) and shot power (83-85) have all increased after his three goals so far this season, but the 20-year-old did also receive some downgrades, with his ball control (78-77) and vision (73-72) dropping ever so slightly.
Alex Telles
Alex Telles has struggled for game time ever since his arrival at Old Trafford and dropped from 84 rated in FIFA 21 to 82 in FIFA 22, but he's received another downgrade to his stats in this latest update, with his acceleration dropping from 81 to 79.
Shola Shoretire
The youngster is yet to make an appearance for United's first team this season, but his jumping has decreased from 35 to 33.
Ethan Laird
Ethan Laird has enjoyed an impressive loan spell at Swansea City so far this season, and along with lots of increased stats, the defender's overall rating has jumped from 67 to 69 overall.
His crossing (65-66), short passing (64-65), dribbling (67-69), ball control (64-66), sprint speed (80-81), reactions (61-64), stamina (62-66), marking (60-63) and standing tackle (66-68) have all increased.
Dylan Levitt
Dylan Levitt, currently on loan at Dundee United, has had a great start to his season, and not only has the Welsh midfielder had an upgrade in his overall rating, but his potential has also increased.
The 20-year-old's short passing (66-68), dribbling (59-60), long passing (66-67), ball control (66-67), interceptions (56-62), vision (66-67), marking (47-55) and slide tackle (48-50) have all improved, whilst his overall rating has gone from 63 to 64 and his potential from 78 to 79 overall.
Nathan Bishop
The 22-year-old goalkeeper is currently on loan at Mansfield Town, and after starting every game so far for the League Two side, he's seen an increase in some stats as well as a change in body type.
His acceleration (17-26), sprint speed (25-29), agility (33-47), stamina (25-28) and strength (55-57) have all seen upgrades, whilst his body type has changed from normal to lean.
