Manchester United fear losing their place in the top six next season to Everton.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer faces a significant rebuilding job at Old Trafford and admits they have a pack of clubs on their tails.
United hope Solskjaer can turn them back into title contenders in the coming seasons but the Norwegian coach says it will take time.
And he is concerned that Everton and a host of other clubs could even overtake them next season.
“We have to make sure that we are getting closer and moving that way up the table and not looking over the shoulders because there are big clubs, good clubs wanting to chase that top six," Solskjaer said.

“You’ve got Leicester, Everton, Watford, probably Newcastle, you’ve got clubs that want to chase us.
