Man United fans fume at Gareth Southgate's Jadon Sancho decision in 'leaked' England lineup

Manchester United fans have taken to Twitter to share their anger in response to the 'leaked' England squad.

According to the latest reports, the club's impending signing Jadon Sancho is expected to be dropped by Gareth Southgate in favour of Bukayo Saka for the game against Denmark.

Sancho started the previous game against Ukraine and England dazzled recording a 4-0 victory, but if rumour is to be believed then the Arsenal man will be restored to the starting lineup having also started against the Czech Republic and Germany.

The soon-to-be Man United arrival would thus miss out on a starting eleven place - and while Southgate's formula has already worked once, United fans were not pleased to see Sancho being dropped in favour of an alternative from a rival club.

Fans took to social media to share their displeasure, with some clearly irate about the claims of Sancho's omission.

@KizzaUTD: Defensively Saka's a better option sure but if we’re selecting a frontline to defend against Denmark then we might as well pack up our stuff now. No doubt Denmark are gonna be sitting back which if anything plays into Sancho's game more than Saka no???

@GloryGloryUtd1: Southgate hates any ballers. How can you change the attack that scored 4 goals in a QF?

@Kooshycooooooo: Saka yet to create a single chance or have an attempt on goal in the tournament ....England look far more creative when he is not on the pitch ...kid works hard but a serious lack of quality or threat in the final 3rd.

@HappyHilde09: Southgate is the worst manager coming after Jogi Low

@UTDTrey: Someone needs tell some Arsenal fans to stop trying to force a rivalry, Sancho and Saka are not on the same level.

Sancho has started just one game for England at the tournament, but could yet prove to be the difference coming off the bench should England need to breakdown a resilient Denmark defence.
