Man United and Chelsea fans send message to Tottenham after Jose Mourinho's claim

Jose Mourinho has claimed his and the Tottenham coaching staff's methods are "second to nobody in the world".

The Spurs boss is arguably enduring the toughest run of his managerial career as Sunday's 2-1 defeat to West Ham United was his side's fourth Premier League loss in five games.

And perhaps what will concern Tottenham fans the most is the face that the team were tipped as surprise potential title contenders as recently as December when they were flying high at the top of the table.

However, three league wins since beating Arsenal in the North London derby on December 6, has seen Mourinho's side not only drop out of the title race but also lose ground in the top-four battle.

Currently nine points off the Hammers - who occupy the final Champions League spot - realistically, Spurs' best chance of qualifying for the competition next season will be to lift the Europa League trophy in May.

Although, Mourinho is confident in his as well as his coaching staff's methods that things will soon turnaround at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

"Because sometimes the results are the consequence of multiple situations in football and mine and my coaching staff's methods are second to nobody in the world," Mourinho said in his post-match press conference.

Despite Mourinho's confidence, fans of his former clubs - Manchester United and Chelsea have been quick to poke fun of Tottenham's poor run of form under the Portuguese tactician.
