Man trying to make biscuit for niece creates a monster

A family were left in hysterics after one clumsy uncle created a monster when decorating a biscuit to look like Peppa Pig for his niece's birthday.

Nicholas Green, 28, and his girlfriend Reah Cairns, 23, were tasked with the job of making biscuits to look like Peppa Pig for his niece Penelope's second birthday.

Armed with a biscuit kit bought by Penelope's mum Laura, the confident couple thought nothing could go wrong as they baked the cookies on Monday evening.

After leaving Nick to start the decorating, Reah was left in hysterics after finding he had created a MONSTER instead of Peppa Pig after being left alone with the green icing.

Poor Nick had badly drawn a creepy looking pig instead of the beloved TV character and Reah couldn't help but FaceTime his sister Laura who cried with laughter at the sight of his biscuit fail.

Engineer Nick said: "I was given the task to recreate Peppa Pig on a cookie and I thought I would be not too bad at it since I'm pretty good at baking anyway.

"But as soon as I put the icing on, I knew Peppa was doomed.

"The icing was running everywhere and my choice of decorating pen was certainly questionable.

"There was no turning back and I had to evolve my creation, evidently turning out similar in appearance to Frankenstein's monster.

"I really did try my best!"

Clumsy Nick likened his efforts to fix the decorating error to Mr Bean's attempt at recreating the 'Whistler's Mother' painting in the 'Bean' movie.

The biscuit has since been eaten by the cheeky couple who decided they could not present the creepy cookie at Penelope's birthday this weekend.

Assistant accountant Reah added: "I couldn't stop laughing, like I was almost going to wet myself, and it just kept getting funnier the more we looked at it.

"We called Laura on FaceTime and she was crying with laughter too.

"I took over decorating after seeing what Nick had created, he had to be stopped - I certainly wouldn't let him do any more!"
