A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Scott Kelly in Blantyre at the weekend.
Scott, known as 'Onion', was found seriously injured outside a property in Camelon Crescent in the town at around 1.40am on , October 27.
The 49-year-old was rushed to in where he later died.
Following the incident a 36-year-old male will appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on after he was charged.
Officers from Police Scotland thanked members of the public for their assistance since Scott died.
Detective Chief Inspector , of the Major Investigation Team (West), said: "I would like to thank members of the local community who provided information which greatly assisted our investigation."
