A man told a police officer that he would 'find him on the dark web' and 'torture his family'. Wayne Parker also kicked out at the constable and racially abused another during a six-hour rampage.
Emergency services were called to Wayne Parker's home in Tyne Court, Worsley, at around 5am on January 31 last year, after he suffered a cut to his eye. As paramedics attended to him, he was "struggling to stand", "drunk", and "aggressively shouting", prosecution barrister John Richards told Bolton Crown Court.
The 33-year-old was heard to shout “if you come near me I’ll t*** you all” and said "f*** off you slag" to an ambulance worker. His mum told police that he was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine and he was arrested for being drunk and disorderly, before being placed in a police van to be taken to hospital.

While in the back of a police van, Parker headbutted the cage. Upon arriving at the hospital, he continued to abuse officers, shouting threats such as: “I will get your mum raped” and “I will kill you all for being police”.
Turning his attentions to a police officer named PC Yusuf, he repeatedly called her a "p**i" and "p**i face". Hospital staff initially decided that Parker was being too violent to enter the hospital but he was eventually taken to triage, where his behaviour continued.
He kicked another officer, PC Barnes, in the leg and told him that he would 'find him on the dark web' and 'torture his family'. The court heard that the incident continued until around 11am in the morning.
In a victim personal statement, PC Yusuf said that the incident was the third time that she has been racially abused at work in the space of six months. She added that it had left her "completely discouraged" and "distraught".
Parker, who has 14 convictions for 26 offences, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and racially aggravated harassment, on the basis that he had 'post-concussional trauma' at the time and suffers with ADHD, which associated with impulsivity and loss of control.
Defending, Patrick Harris told the court that Parker is also diagnosed with anxiety and depression. "It is quite clear these are nasty and unpleasant offences," he added.
The judge, Recorder Simon Hilton described the incident as “hours of boisterous, abusive, at times threatening, behaviour”. He sentenced Parker to three months imprisonment, suspended for two years.
Under the terms of his suspended sentence, Parker will have to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He will also have to pay PC Yusuf £300 in compensation.
