Man threatened in Lady Bay after his van was broken into

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was threatened after his van was broken into and stolen. The three suspects, who were all wearing dark clothing, left empty-handed in a car following the incident which happened in Julian Road, Lady Bay, at around 8pm on March 2.

Enquiries are ongoing into the robbery and detectives are urging anyone who saw the car or the suspects to get in touch. Police say that many people were walking past as the incident took place.

Detective Constable Sacha Carlisle, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We know there were quite a lot of members of the public going past when the suspects were out of their vehicle. “I would urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who has any dash-cam or mobile phone footage to contact us as soon as possible as it may help us trace the offenders and seek justice for the victims.”
