Man threatened at knifepoint in afternoon robbery near golf course

A man was threatened at knifepoint in an afternoon robbery near the entrance to a golf course.

Police were called to Bulwell Forest, Bulwell, at around 3pm on August 27 following reports of two men robbing a man at knifepoint.

Officers said the men confronted the victim at the junction of Cantrell Road and St Alban's Road, near the entrance to Bulwell Forest Golf Club.

The men stole a large sum of cash from the victim. A phone and wallet were also taken.

Anyone with information that may help the investigation is asked to contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident 523 of August 27.
