A man was threatened and robbed on the Bristol to Bath cycle path in broad daylight.
The robbery happened at around 5.45pm on yesterday (July 21) in the Clay Bottom area.
The victim's bike and wallet were stolen and police are investigating.
In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police said: "We received a call about a robbery in the Clay Bottom area yesterday evening (Tuesday 21 July).
"A man in his 20s reported being approached by two black males at about 5.45pm on the cyclepath.
"A bike and wallet belonging to the victim were taken after he was threatened."

Officers attended the scene and conducted an area search but attempts to trace the offenders were unsuccessful, the statement added.
Police enquiries are continuing.
