A man has been taken to hospital after he was stabbed multiple times in south Manchester.
Officers were called to Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield at around 12.20am today (21 August) to reports of a stabbing.
It is understood the assault took place outside Studio bar on Wilmslow Road.

Emergency services were scrambled to the scene and a man in his 40s was taken to hospital.
He had received multiple stab wounds, police said.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the attack to come forward.
No arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for GMP said: "Police were called around 12.20am today (21 August) to a report of a stabbing on Wilmslow Road, Manchester.
"Emergency services attended and a man in his 40s was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
"Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made."
A spokeswoman for the venue said the incident was not linked to the business - and that staff helped the victim.
