A man was taken to hospital after a four car crash in Wirral today.
Emergency services raced to Mill Lane in Wallasey around 2.50pm today (June 8) after reports a Vauxhall car had been involved in a crash with three other vehicles including a police car.
The crash is reported to have involved a Vauxhall car, a Fiat Punto, a Mercedes van and a police car which was on its way to a call.

The Punto also crashed into a parked car, police said.
Eyewitnesses posting on Facebook reported seeing police and fire services at the scene.
There were no reports of any injuries but a man in the Vauxhall was taken to hospital as a precaution due to a pre-existing medical condition.
