A man has been taken to hospital after a crash between a car and motorbike in Bolton. The smash happened on Winchester Way in Breightmet, near the junction with Withins Lane, at around 5.50pm yesterday (Monday).
Police and paramedics were called to the scene after a car and motorbike collided, GMP said.

One man was taken to hospital from the scene. It has not yet been confirmed how serious his injuries are.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.

A police cordon was put in place on a stretch of the road after the crash yesterday. Pictures taken at the scene showed a badly smashed Seat car.
Pictures also appeared to show a Land Rover vehicle being towed away from the scene, though it is not clear whether this was involved in the crash.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "Police were called around 5.50pm on Monday 7 March 2022 to a report of a collision involving a car and a motorbike on Winchester Way, Bolton.

"A man was taken to hospital. No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
