Man taken to hospital after being found injured in Uplands as police swarm on Swansea suburb

A 30-year-old man has been taken to hospital with injuries following an incident in Uplands, Swansea.

Emergency services swarmed on Nyanza Terrace in the city suburb this morning.

At least three police vans were seen in the area, with some parked at the top of Bryn-Y-Mor road. You can read more Swansea stories here.

An ambulance also arrived at the scene, but police have said the incident is not currently being treated as suspicious.

A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "South Wales Police is currently in attendance at an incident in Nyanza Terrace, Uplands, Swansea after a 30-year-old man was found with injuries."

"He has been taken to hospital where he is being treated, and enquiries are ongoing. At this stage the incident is not being treated as suspicious."
