Man taken to hospital after being crushed between car and house

A man was taken to hospital after he was crushed between a car and a house in Oldham.

Emergency services attended the accident in Shelley Road, Chadderton, at around 1.50pm on Saturday.

It is understood the man in his 60s became pinned between his car and house after the vehicle rolled down the drive.

Police say he was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

An air ambulance and a large number of emergency service vehicles were sent to the accident.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "We were called just after 1.50pm on Saturday 28 March 2020 to Shelley Road, Chadderton.

"A man in his 60s had become stuck between his car and his house.

"He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries."
