A man has been taken to hospital following an incident at The Three Sisters pub in Edinburgh.
Police were called to the busy bar in the Cowgate at 6.55pm on Saturday following reports of an assault.
Officers say one man has been taken to hospital for treatment and another man has been arrested. The injured man's condition is currently unknown.
It was reported that an area surrounding the pub had been cordoned off while investigations were carried out.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed on Sunday morning that "enquiries are ongoing".
