A man was "taken away" from a home in Liverpool after a property was raided by police.
A number of police vehicles were seen parked up outside a house on Queens Road in Everton at 12.35am on Monday, September 26. Officers then raided the home, where they found a firearm inside.
An eyewitness told The ECHO they saw one man being "taken away" from the scene after officers executed their warrant.

A statement from police confirmed a 39-year-old man from Liverpool was arrested on suspicion of possession of a s5 firearm, blackmail and sending offensive communication. It's unclear if he remains in custody.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "At around 12.35am this morning, Monday 26 September, officers executed a warrant at a property on Queens Road in Everton. A scene is currently in place while officers search the property."
