A 22-year-old man pleaded guilty to supplying cannabis and possessing the drug when he appeared in court.
Aiden Wallace, of Outram Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, attended Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday (May 11) to enter his pleas.
He supplied cannabis to another between March 26 and April 17 last year, and to possessing a quantity of cannabis on April 16 last year.
He was also before the court after he was convicted at Mansfield Magistrates' Court on April 13, 2021, of possessing a bladed article in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Chris Brewin, representing Wallace, applied for a pre-sentence report, saying Wallace "is a young man with no previous convictions".
"I'm rather hoping this is the only time we will ever see him in a courtroom," he added.
Recorder William Harbage QC said: "He is 22, of previous good character, and the court ought to have full information before passing sentence".
He told Wallace, who is on unconditional bail, that he had pleaded guilty to serious matters.
"Quite often a prison sentence results from guilty pleas to these matters but I'm not going to pre-judge that," he added.
"Court will adjourn for sentence to June 24. You must attend in person on that date and a pre-sentence report will be prepared for you. You can have bail on the condition you cooperate with probation in the preparation of a report".
