Police have given an update on a crash where a car was flipped on its side and a major road was closed.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash at 9.35pm on Monday to Moor Lane/Scaffold Lane in Ince Blundell.
Merseyside Police and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service attended the crash which happened between the Lady Green Garden Centre and Ince Woods.

Pictures of the scene show the Vauxhall Corsa flipped on its side on the grass verge.
North West Ambulance Service were also in attendance at the scene.
Police closed the bypass in both directions while emergency services dealt with the incident.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police gave an update today to say that a man driving the car was 'logged as having a slight injury'.
However, it is unclear if the man was taken to hospital for his injuries.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We dealt with a one vehicle road traffic collision involving a Vauxhall Corsa on Moor Lane/Scaffold Lane in Ince Blundell at 9.35pm last night (Monday).
"Only the male driver in the car and it’s been logged as a slight injury RTC."
North West Ambulance Service were approached for comment to see if the man was taken to hospital.
