A 34-year-old man was stabbed to death Thursday afternoon in Wentworth Gardens on the South Side.
The stabbing happened about 1:50 p.m. in the 200 block of West Pershing Road, Chicago police.
Officers found him inside an apartment with a stab wound to his body, police said. He died at the scene.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not identified the victim.
Area One detectives are conducting a homicide investigation.
No arrests have been announced.
