Man stabbed in toilets at Ten Bar in Leeds city centre

A man was left needing hospital treatment after he was stabbed in the arm while he was in the toilets of a bar in Leeds city centre.

The 28-year-old man suffered a number of injuries to his arm shortly before 3am on Sunday, February 9 at Ten Bar on Duncan Street, Leeds.

A witness told LeedsLive that two ambulances and four police cars rushed to the scene within minutes of the incident.

The bar was closed immediately and people were asked to leave by security staff as forensic teams arrived to conduct their enquiries.

The man's injuries were not considered to be life-threatening and he was treated at hospital before being released.

No arrests have yet been made in connection with the attack and enquiries are ongoing to trace the suspect.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact Leeds District CID via 101 quoting crime reference 13200071998 or via the force's online chat service.
