Man sobers up on stag do to realise he's had a Donald Trump tattoo

Imagine sobering up after a stag do, only to realise you've got a permanent reminder of the shenanigans - in the form of an embarrassing tattoo.

Well, that's exactly what happened to Lewys Shepherd, from the Rhondda , when he went on a stag do/rugby tour with his friends.

After a few too many beers, Lewys thought it would be a good idea to get a portrait of US president Donald Trump etched on his leg.

Understandably, he soon regretted it.

So he decided to rope in the E4 Tattoo Fixers in a big to help him cover it up.

Appearing on Wednesday night's show, Lewys opened up about the story behind his dodgy presidential portrait...

Watch as Lewys tells the Tattoo Fixers the story behind his 'embarrassing' Donald Trump tattoo:

"I've got a s**t tattoo that I need gone," he tells tattoo artists Steven "Sketch" Poerter, Paisley Billings and Uzzi Canby.

"I was on a stag do/rugby tour, had a few too many, ended up in a tattoo shop and had a bad tattoo."

Lewys went on to explain that he was the only member of the group to have a tattoo, while some of the others opted for nose and eyebrow piercings.

"I thought it was a great idea at the time... until I sobered up.

"It's a bit of a controversial person," he says as he rolls up his shorts and reveals the tattoo of Trump.

"Oh no," Uzzi says, while Sketch Poerter asks: "Why would you do that man? You don't support this, right?"

"No," Lewys replies.

"I was just drunk, and he's in the news a lot isn't he - so, that's the first person that popped into my head.

"I want to make it clear, I'm not a fan of Donald Trump.

"For some reason that's what popped into my head, and as soon as I said it, there was no going back."

The dodgy tattoo shows the US president with his finger pointed up into the air - with six fingers on his right hand.

Lewys asks the fixers to help him cover up the design, and picks a native American theme.

Steven "Sketch" Poerter draws up a native American chief with a feather head dress and Lewys goes under the needle once more to cover up the embarrassing stag do tattoo.
