A man in his 20s was found fatally shot Monday morning in West Garfield Park, police said.
Officers responded for a well-being check about 7:20 a.m. in the 4600 block of West Adams Street and found the man with multiple gunshots to his head, according to Chicago police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Additional details were not immediately available.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details about the death.
