A man has shared a picture of a dirty hand sanitiser station - branding it "disgusting". The man says he passes the stand at Imperial Wharf Station in west London on his way to and from work everyday.
Similar stations were introduced across the UK following the outbreak of Covid, to encourage cleanliness. The commuter said: "The machine is by the entrance to the station where you tap in to walk through the gates.
"It looks like it hasn't been used or tended to for years - and the fact its condition completely defeats the object of a hygiene point is comical really. I think something needs to be done about it before it gets any worse. It's disgusting."
The photo was taken in December.
Transport for London were approached for comment.
