A man has been seriously injured in a horrific crash between a car and a lorry in Co Sligo.
The accident happened on the N15 road in Drumcliffe around 3.30pm this afternoon.
Gardai are currently at the scene and the road has been closed.
A garda spokesperson told The Irish Daily Mirror: "One male, details currently unknown, has been taken to hospital with serious but what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
"The road is currently closed and local diversionS are in place.
"Investigations are ongoing."
AA Roadwatch said: "The N15 remains closed north of Sligo Town near Drumcliffe as emergency services deal with a multi-vehicle collision. Diversions are in place at Grange heading south and via Carney heading north."
