Man seriously injured after 'falling from moving car' on Cardiff street

Police are investigating after a passenger in a car was seriously injured in an incident in Cardiff.

At around 8.30pm on Tuesday, police were called to reports of a road traffic collision in the Ferry Road area of Grangetown.

A spokeswoman for South Wales Polcie said that a 28-year-old local man, believed to be a passenger in a car, suffered a serious injury and was taken to the University Hospital of Wales where he remains.

No-one has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Enquiries are on-going and anyone who witnessed the incident in Avondale Road is asked to please contact 101 quoting occurrence number  *222030
