Man seen 'acting suspiciously' leads to cannabis farm being busted

A stop check on a man acting suspiciously led to the discovery of a suspected cannabis farm in Garston and three arrests being made.

Officers sighted the man acting suspiciously in York Way at around 7.30pm yesterday (Sunday).

When searched, he was found to be in possession of cannabis.

A further search of the address found two more men, suspected Class A and B drugs, and paraphernalia.
 

A 26-year-old man and a 19-year-old man, both from Garston, were arrested on suspicion possession of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B controlled drugs, and abstract electricity.

A 30-year-old man from Garston was arrested on suspicion possession of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.



All three were taken to a police station for questioning.
