Man's body found in Glasgow as police probe potential flat fall

Police in Glasgow are investigating after the body of a man was found next to a block of flats.

The alarm was first raised just before midnight on Saturday, with emergency services attending the scene at Dundasvale Court in Cowcaddens .

Officers are still trying to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident - but say one possible option is the man fell from one of the flat windows.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "At around 11.50pm on Saturday, officers received a report of a man's body being found at Dundasvale Court in Glasgow.

"One line of enquiry is that the man may have fallen from a flat window.

"A post-mortem is due to take place and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the death."
