A man has been rushed to hospital with a head injury after being attacked in Pollokshaws.
Officers were called to Harriet Place, near Auldhouse Roundabout in the south side of Glasgow, at around 6pm this evening.
Police have subsequently launched an investigation into the attack.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "an assault at Harriet Place at around 6pm tonight.
"One male was taken to hospital with a head injury.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
