A man was raced to hospital following an assault that occurred in north Dublin.
Gardai were at the scene of the incident in Ballymun early this morning.
The man, aged in his 20s, was taken to the Mater Hospital. He sustained non-life threatening injuries.
A garda spokesman said: "No arrests have been made to date. Investigations are ongoing."
