Gardai raced to the scene of a horrific crash between a car and a scrambler in north Dublin yesterday afternoon.
The crash happened shortly before 4:30pm on Balbutcher Lane, Ballymun.
A man in his 20s was rushed to the Mater Hospital.
Footage obtained by Dublin Live shows a completely destroyed scrambler lying on the ground, with a smashed car nearby.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí attended a 2 vehicle rtc involving a car and scrambler on Balbutcher Lane, Ballymun, shortly before 4:30pm yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 15th December 2021.
"A male in his 20s, the pillion passenger on the scrambler was taken to the Mater Hospital to be treated for his injuries."
