Man rushed to hospital after falling onto Clyde Tunnel Expressway

A man has been rushed to hospital after falling onto a of the Clyde Tunnel Expressway.

As reported by Glasgow Live earlier , the southbound route of the A739 was closed at the Govan Road Overbridge due to the incident.

The man was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

His condition is unknown at present.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: " Emergency services attended and the man was taken to the QEUH."

The road has now been reopened.
