Police have blocked off a Glasgow street after a man was found with serious injuries.
Officers were called to Middleton Street in the Cessnock area of Glasgow around 3pm this afternoon.
Ambulance services were also called to the scene.
The man found injured was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where his condition is described as serious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3pm, police received a report a man was found injured in Middleton Street, Glasgow.
“The man has been taken to the QEUH in a serious condition. Enquiries are ongoing.”
