Man missing from South Loop found

Randy Soward, 61, has been missing since December of 2016. | Chicago Police

A 61-year-old man reported missing from the South Loop has been located.

Randy Soward was seen in December 2016 in the area of Roosevelt Road and Canal Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. He was last contacted on July 10.

Police canceled the alert Monday, stating Soward was found safely. Further details were not provided.
