Police are searching for a 23-year-old man reported missing from Gresham on the South Side.
Adam Fase was last seen Thursday in the 7600 block of South Parnell Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.
He left home in an altered mental state, police said.
Fase is 5-foot-7 and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, police said. He also has a tattoo of an abstract mountain range on his forearm, according to police.
